Thinking about the new stand...what makes me laugh the most is that the stand still has no sponsor yet? Any club with a setup off the pitch like ours should have sorted a sponsor before the stand was finished?? Wonder whose responsibility that is?

Re: New Stand?
You need a 4,000 capacity ground to stay in Conference Premier with the ability to segregate home & away supporters!

I think just after becoming Chairman Irving had the whole ground measured up.

These plans show the front railing being moved outwards increasing the spectator area down the Wetherby Road side thus increasing the capacity of the ground!
Might also explain why the pitch has been narrowed.

People don’t realise what’s required to get planning permission nowadays!!!

Re: New Stand?
Entertaining game throughout.
Town made nine changes from Saturday's starting line up, only Turner and Nowakowski played.
Albion Sports played some neat passing football and looked a good team for the level they play in.
Now at home to Thackley w/c 6th Dec in Quarter Final.
Winners at home to either Garforth or Silsden in Semi-Final.

Home all the way to the final then! Make up for last season's disappointment.

The new stand is mint, great noise today. I love it. It's a game changer in the Town experience, brilliant to have so many people together having a laugh and singing.

Good noise from the new “Kop End” yesterday!
Even with a few fans in the low roof & blocked sides really boost the acoustics coming out of the stand!

Re: New Stand?
Was great in the second half and a good balance between younger and older with some humorous songs. Some good drumming as well! Hopefully will attract more folk to want to come to games.
Was a bit surprised that apart from Barnes and possibly a few I might not have seen not much of a post match acknowledgement from the players and staff.
