Time for Change- Now. Empty Time for Change- Now.

I can tolerate Simon learning his trade in the VCN but relegation must mean management change. To go out of this league would make it very hard to return.

The players are lacking confidence and the tactics and team have no consistency.

Simon needs to have help and not sure what Macca brings in that department. The fact we're in a relegation battle, which we currently look like losing for any other team would probably mean change now.

Simon should learn the job from somebody with experience- get Liam Watson or somebody like that in and become assistant manager and Macca coach. Time to do the honourable thing. Boston surely the last chance saloon? He would learn a lot more from working with somebody who is a proven manager. The learning curve at the moment is too slow and we will get relegated if this downward spiral isn't stopped soon.

We want him out altogether. No point in him working under somebody else as his daddy is still the main man. Also, what decent manager would take the job on if both the Weavers were still involved

Another load of drivel from daddy's boy in his after match comments. It's amazing that he thinks anybody is listening to him anymore

Sad truth is, I fear, its either two Weavers or none, I cannot foresee a situation (even relegation) wherby dad would sack son, or demote son. He would have done it by now, if he was ever going to do it. Still think that SW as Director of Football is one way out of an impossible situation but it won't happen.
