    By Car

Leave the M18 at Junction 1 and take the A631 towards Maltby, Bawtry and then Gainsborough. As you reach Gainsborough you will cross over a river and at the traffic lights that is junction with the A156, turn left towards the town centre. Keep straight on this road, passing a Tesco Store and then the town centre on your left. You will reach the ground further along on the right. There is no parking available at the ground as such, although there is a small open air car park located across North Street, opposite the Club which costs £2. Otherwise street parking.

    By Train
The closest railway station is Gainsborough Central Station which is located under half a mile away from the ground. Although it is served by trains from Sheffield these are rather infrequent. You are far more likely to end up instead at Gainsborough Lea Road Station, which has more services running to it from Sheffield, Doncaster and Lincoln. However this is further away from the ground being just over a mile and a half away and will take 25-30 minutes to walk. It is though a fairly straightforward walking route:

As you come out of the station entrance turn left and proceed along the main road passing a Ford Garage. On reaching a roundabout take the third exit onto Ashcroft Road towards the town centre. Proceed straight along this road (A159) for around one mile, passing Marshall's Yard on your right and you will reach the ground further along also on the right.

I and my other arf" will be making the relatively short drive down to Gainsborough hoping for another great result this afternoon. This is one of those games where we could come a cropper if we don't go out with the right attitude. After saying that though, id expect this bunch of players to go about there business in the right manner. Trinitys playing surface to be in good nick at this stage of the season which bodes well for us the way we pass the ball around. So, with a decent forecast thrown in, fingers crossed we can come away with all x3 points. Hope to see a few of us supporting the lads.

Based on the number booked on coach, we should have 80-100 fans there today.

We've been fortunate with our early away fixtures. All seem fairly local.

Hoping for another professional performance today. Wouldn't like to be a Trinity defender coming up against Ainge and Thewlis.

'Incredible game' at Gainsborough this afternoon. To take the full x3 points is a real bonus as it could of gone either way. Our defending at times was very poor, but so was there's. when we went 4-2 up, it was probably our best spell of the game and there I was thinking we'd go on and really punish them. How totally wrong I was! Back they came after a double substitution and all square 4-4. To then make it 5-4 with x6mins left was a hugh relief. I mentioned earlier in the week that our defending will need to improve if we are to go on and challenge for promotion. Today totally backed that statement. We are excellent across midfield, a massive threat upfront, but defending at times gives me the jitters. Anyway, 13pnts from a possible 15 is a fantastic haul leaving us sitting pretty in 2nd place. Lads need to get this out of there heads, and get prepared for a tough double header next weekend. Well done Simon and Co.

What was wrong with the team today?
1st half they had no work rate and were lucky to be still in the game. The half time team talk seemed to get us going for 20 mins then they went to pieces again and gifted away 2 goals but thanks to their defence we managed a win. Thought our defence looked creaky lately but it caved in at times today. We are definitely lucky to be 2nd in the league at the moment and with the next few games coming up we need a massive improvement at the heart of our defence.

You don’t normally get a “WAKE UP CALL” when you win a game of football!
But that’s what we got @ Gainsborough!
    Mad
We were lucky to be only 1 goal behind @ half-time!!!
    Shocked
Luckily their keeper was pants & was at fault for our 1st & 5th goal!
