Is this the time?

Is this the turning point in the season starting on Saturday? Could it really happen and we make a miracle happen? On the 22nd October 2013 Guiseley started a run in which got them in the play-offs last season! They won the next 8 out of 10 games drawing the other two. Is it our turn this year! We certainly need a big run of wins! Cmon Town can we do it?
With the next ten game this is how I see it turning out:
Sat 18 Oct : Worcester City (A) - Win
Sat 25 Oct : Brackley Town (H) - Win
Sat 1 Nov : Stockport County (H) - Draw
Sat 8 Nov : Gloucester City (A) - Draw
Sat 15 Nov : Hyde FC (H) - Win
Sat 22 Nov : Worcester City (H) - Win
Tue 25 Nov : Colwyn Bay (A) - Loss
Sat 6 Dec : Bradford (Park Avenue) (H) - Draw
Sat 20 Dec : Tamworth (A) - Win
Fri 26 Dec : Guiseley AFC (H) - Loss
Are they a fair set of results? Or am I being deluded? I just can't help but hope and wish we could turn this around but personally I don't see it happening. Them results maybe a bit bias after a second look...

Players to be blamed and the manager to get a vote of confidence (plus a Ferrari for Xmas) from Dad.

The only game I can actually see us scoring in at home is the Hyde game....I think Worcester will beat us on Sat and we will draw 0-0 with Brackley the following week.......Stockport will beat us convincingly and Gloucester will maul us apart. Perhaps bounce back with a 1-0 win at home against Hyde and then it is all down hill after.

I understand what Chips means in that if you draw the line before Guiseley, only one of these 9 sides (Stockport) could be described as likely promotion candidates.

So if we are ever going to get a realistic opportunity to go on a run this is it.

But...

We embark on this run of 'easier' fixtures in such woeful form.

The fact I would be happy with 3 wins, 3 draws and 3 defeats before Christmas says it all really.

18th in the league ; 4 wins in 21 games ; fans angry ; players unhappy ; ever falling attendances to come ; interest in the club of casual fans virtually non-existent. As a young fan of the club, who hasn't been supporting Town for many years, I am also starting to get extremely frustrated with the shambolic performances, but even more so with the constant covering up, lying and excuses that come after them.

Class is permanent, form is temporary, but maybe we're not as good as we think we are anyway.

One against the form team in the league (Stockport) another is a 6 pointer and the last one is WRCC.

We've managed 10 goals so far and Brackley have scored 8 - that one is shaping up to be a classic!

What have we achieved at home so far? An FA cup defeat; one crushing league defeat; two bore 0-0 draws; two scrappy 1-0 wins; and the highlight a brief fight back to take the lead against Barrow. Now if we played for 90 minutes every week like we did for 20 in that game we might get somewhere other than further down the table.

Was today the turning point now? I bloody hope so! We played some nice football at last! I have a much happier Saturday knowing town have won Cmon Town we can beat County!!

No worse than Tamworth, but the right formation and tactics mean we win, rather than bore nil-nil draw.

Tamworth and Brackley were poor. However, our manager isnt exactly known for his consistency and tactical acumen, is he?
