Wouldn't want anything to be spoiled for you and your son of course and hope you can make it but on the other hand would a postponement be altogether a bad thing given our injury crisis? It would give another week for several players to recover.

That pitch can take alot of water, been around for years....I went last season, a couple of roads were closed due to flooding so very very heavy rain fall into the run up but the pitch was perfect.

Strange old stadium, one gust of wind and that place will crumble to pieces.

Another new loan signing Brad Abbott a midfielfer from Barnsley FC U21. Interesting to sign a midfielder. Good luck Brad!

    Come on you Yellows.

Doesn't suprise me, the midfield haven't really set the world on fire...too many bit part performances, hopefully this guy will be like Tom Platt.

Workington on a run coming into this game with several players returning from injury. Hopefully Town will have a lift from some players coming back from injury and the new loan signings. You feel it's an important 3 game sequence. Workington, Solihull and Hednesford. 3 tough away games in their own way. Some big games in the Skn today Brackley v Hed, Alty v Solihull amongst them. Should be an interesting day.

    COME ON TOWN

    Town to win 3-1

I was expecting 3 points from this game today anyways, so the result is not surprising.

Town above BPA now Trev with a game in hand, even with a 3 point deduction.

    Deacey is Barry Chuckle.

Great result, especially given all the chopping and changing we've had to do lately. There's sure to be a few bumps in the road ahead but as long as we can avoid any more slumps we could still fight our way back into this.

Yeah yeah, I don't mind taking flack when Town win.

Good solid win against a potential banana skin...Now lets wipe the floor with Hednesford and announce ourselves as real contenders!

The next 3 games are very tough.

    Solihull Away
Alty Home- what a game that will be
Hednesford Away the Tues after Alty.

Then Gloucester H - big chance for 3pts.

The key game is Altrincham- beat them and I reckon we will get something from Heds. Also not a bad time to play Solihull thye have had a fantastic run but have started to drop points. Didnt thye take 6 points of us last season though? A bit of a Bogle team for us. Pardon the pun.

Oh and congrats to 'V' big win v Prescot Cables today.

Today really was a game of two halves. Started brightly however we were lucky to go into the break at 0-0. Craig Mac pulled off a couple of great saves which kept us in it. Ash had a couple of great chances for us however each time tried to take the ball around their keeper and it was smothered. I thought the pen was definitely a pen and was struck hard in to the middle of the goal. Their keeper got a hand to it but could not keep it out. Workington then collapsed and Harrogate took advantage. Ash took his second goal really well. His pace took him one of one with the keeper again however this time, rather than trying to take the ball around him, he placed it into the corner of the net.

Cannot really fault any player today however the lad from York, Allan, looks a class act and for me, and was my MOM. Mezzer also had a great game and certainly had a hand in two, if not three, of our goals.
