Can't help contrasting this excellent match with the tedious Manchester United match I watched on BT Sport the following evening.

Watched Man City (never watch United) and that was just as tedious.
When will people ever realise that this is just a money-making exercise and not bother with it at all?

Considering we don't seem to be scoring goals, we aren't doing too bad at all!!
Never ever enjoyed a start to a season like I have this and even if we don't make the playoffs I think we can reflect on the season as a huge success. The football we get to watch is a joy, the atmosphere is immense even with sub 400 fans. I think there has been a real community built within the club and it is exciting to be a part of it.
No team is ever going to be perfect, some games we score 4 and some games it looks like we wouldn't score if played 180 mins but that is football and I think at the level we are, the fans are been delivered a royal treat this season.
I have criticized heavily in the past, both players and management but this season, how can we criticize things sat in the position we are? Rewind back to the end of last season, we would have celebrated like winning the league if we were told we would be here a few months on.
We know the quality of Knowles, we know the quality of others and when they find that scoring touch again we will hammer teams but for now let us back them and enjoy the fact we are getting goals from a long range specialist to compensate!
