Commercial Manager
Does the club continue to appoint a Commercial Manager? This used to be Kay, although it would seem she is no longer involved with the club. Why is this?

Kay left to take up a post at Sunderland FC.

Re: Commercial Manager
Yeah, I heard about that. Apparently, she now works as a Sales Executive for Sunderland AFC.
I have total faith in Ged, Garry and Charlie to produce the goods. Its obvious that they are doing a stirling job so far.

She had to leave, giving too many of the "old folks" near heart attacks with those long legs of hers!

I don't recall any announcement on the website about this - just seems a little odd given her role at the club. Perhaps some clarification is needed next time.
I agree the current Commercial Team seem to be doing a very good job.

Re: Commercial Manager
Kay didn't want an announcement making and Irving agreed to her wishes.
When Ged joined it was mentioned about the new team if I recall correctly.
They are indeed doing a sterling job.

Peter

Re: Commercial Manager
Got to respect that from Kay. I always found her nice and approachable, but she should have stuck with it, as in my opinion, a Commercial Manager to Sales Executive is a step down, but granted, she has gone from Harrogate to Sunderland. Cant really blame her for taking the opportunity.

Re: Commercial Manager
Agree Neil, seems like a strange move - Commercial Manager to Sales Assistant

Re: Commercial Manager
Yeah, it does seem strange, but it's Harrogate Town's gain, as we have Ged, Garry and Charlie. Kay wont be missed.

Re: Commercial Manager
She has a much bigger sales responsibility at Sunderland then with us and is really enjoying it. Plus it is a lot closer to home for her. Although being a Newcastle fan she is a bit of a target for the usual joke!

Re: Commercial Manager
I'm not surprised she has a bigger responsibility as she has gone to a club in the Premier League, that's just plain bloody obvious. The simple fact of the matter Peter is that she isn't missed.

I was answering your questions, sorry if it was obvious. And I never said she was missed.

Re: Commercial Manager
It would be Charlie Lockwood. Just give her a call at the club.

That's annoying, they should have all changed when we updated the email addresses. I must admit that they all show Charlie on mine.
Could you tell me what page you were on when you saw Kay's name.
I have refreshed the emails so it may have altered but at least I can check the page again that you saw Kay's name on.
Kind regards,
Peter

Re: Commercial Manager
Darn, that's annoying - again on mine it says Charlie!!!!! AAAARRRGGGGHHHH. I have cleared out the site cache and refreshed the pages. Would someone just check and see if Charlie's email address is there.
Again, it shows it is on mine.
Kind regards,
Peter
