Next Manager?
Alternative suggestions welcome! My gut instinct is that Matt Heath and Paul Bolland might take over very soon

Re: Next Manager?
gone for Billy Miller.
I think if we do get a next manager it will be a team on a budget as we wont have a chairman. I think he would be excellent.

Re: Next Manager?
Mark Lillis from Huddersfield or Peter Jackson.................hey why not bald eagle..........get Jim Smith !
Billy Miller all day long with Brian Davy from Knaresborough.
Something has to change. Delaying it is a show of weak management.

Re: Next Manager?
But what you have to remember is, hypothetically speaking. If Simon goes, so does Irving. And we will need a manager who is good on a limited budget, because the high chance is that a new chairman would invest to the level of Irving. Miller, Davy and Kittrick would have to be seriously considered as they fit this bracket very well.
I get the impression that Peter Jackson would think this is below his level, and wouldnt consider it.
As I have said, if they walk, it will affect the club massively, and it will be 4 steps back before we make any steps forward, but as soon as Simon goes, the fans will return, guaranteed.
We always prefer the team to win, but what I want to see more is every player on the pitch, giving 100% and running themselves into the ground and through brick walls for the cause in each and every game.

Re: Next Manager?
I can tell you that Peter Jackson is one of the most
down to earth men you would wish to meet.He would
never class anything as below him.Billy and Brian
don't have enough experience or contacts at our level.
Let's get real,Brian is struggling at his present level and
Billy isn't pulling up any trees.

Re: Next Manager?
But would Peter Jackson really cut it? Is he still in the game at all? or has he been out since he resigned from Bradford?

Re: Next Manager?
well said rosvere, don't know who you are but I am sure you know me. Jacko could be a good figurehead. He always seemed to come across as a decent football man. He wouldn't be that expensive, I am sure he would just love to be back in the game. Give him a chance.
This is perhaps his level now, I would snap him up. Keep him engaged, fit and have a football purpose again.
Jacko is one of the good guys. My dad would be delighted, ex Huddersfield Town.
But we all know, it aint gonna happen.
