Looking forward to this one today, Nuneaton attract big crowds of 900 from what ive seen and are a good team. Great news to have Steve Bowey back today, gonna be influental in are season, with him and Fozzy in the midfield and Talbot and Ellington returning its all looking bright. Im going with 2-1 Town!

ill go 2-0 town, but only if boweys back! he knits the midfield together so well and keeps the ball on the ground, So glad Talbot is back as well, looked very good pre-season.

Bit worrying how we dont have Myers on the bench as a sub keeper, we always need one on the bench just incase. Great News Bowey is back, Great Midfield weve got now! Very Happy

This is what you get when you make too many changes.... injuries or not, the amount of changes, as last season are wrecking the club/team..... Embarassed

Probably is, Weaver wants him to get some match fitness and has sent him on loan to there. Danny Wright is on loan at Knaresborough Town to get match fitness, and Liam Chapman really suprised we didnt retain him thought he was a solid centre back in Pre season signed for Railway. Bowey been replaced by Naylor, dont tell me its another injury. Will be

If it's not an injury, it's a ludicrous decision to take off Bowey ..

Like I said, you can't make 6 changes and expect the team to perform consistantly, it doesn't even work on Football Manager, does it?

    Home fans view:

"First clean sheet of the season for Nuneaton keeper Danny Alcock. Goals from Justin Marsden, after an error from the Harrogate keeper, Eddy Nisevic and Lee Moore during the first 20 minutes were more than enough to see off a very poor Harrogate side. New signing Donovan Simmonds started and excelled in front of a rather disappointing crowd of 830 at Liberty Way- over 300 less than last week."

Just a quick note sulphurite to confirm that Jon is at Railway to get match fitness - pleased to say he came through a full 90 minutes in good shape today. Given all the problems he had with this injury I have never been so glad to hear the final whistle - for what it's worth Railway lost 4-0 which flattered Warrington though they are a good team - Jon did pretty well and should have had an Olly Ryan type "penalty" late in the game - feelings of deja vu!!!!
On to Goole on Tuesday night and nice to have something to do again on a weekend!! Smile

I wonder what Weaver's excuse will be this time. It is definitely time for Weaver to do the decent thing and resign. I'd put my mortgage on it that if you had a different manager in charge of the team, we would perform a lot better, and be in a better predicamaent. He has been given too many chances to sort it out, and he has failed to do so, even with the signings he has made.

A message for Bill Fotherby: If you loved this club as much as what you say you do, you would sack Weaver and tell him and daddy to take a hike. If you dont, you will just be known as a sellout, regardless of what you have done for this club, because everything that you have done, you have wasted in 1 and a half seasons of allowing us to be managed by this useless piece of s**t.

You have the power to do it!! you are the chairman!! As soon as you sack him, and get a decent, experienced manager in, our fortunes would change overnight.

SACK WEAVER!! BRING IN DEACEY OR PARSLEY!!
