Shame they won't lift a finger to help Town, or so it seems?

Seems to have been a fairly trouble free planning application and approval as well. Maybe there are not so many nimbys in Starbeck! Wko knows in 5 years time Railway might be the 'senior' non-league club in Harrogate.

If things carry on the way they are, Railway will be the senior team in Harrogate, I have no doubt about that. The investment they will be receiving and support from the council will make sure of it.

Town however will continue to struggle with the authorities (seems to be the case) and be unable to secure a new stadium/ground.

Railway know that the way forward for a small club is to be a 'local' club
have you noticed they have their own youth setup which is very good and free (!) entry for anyone who is involved with the club
