AFC Fylde (Away) Vanarama National League North Play-Off Semi Final 2nd leg Sun 8th May K.O. 3:00pm

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

    AWAY TRAVEL
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION - AWAY TRAVEL - PLAYOFFS***

In the event of us finishing in the playoffs, there will be a supporters coach running to the away game. This will take place on SUNDAY 8TH MAY and will be at either North Ferriby or AFC Fylde (this will be determined by final league table). Either way, the coach will be leaving at 12:00 and will be priced at the following:-

Adult Supporters Club Members - £10
Child Supporters Club Members - £7
    Adult Non Members- £15
    Child Non Members - £10

Should we qualify, I will be taking bookings IMMEDIATELY after the game on Saturday in the 1919 bar. If you are not able to make it to the game on Saturday, you can text me straight after the game on 07989 969 575. I will NOT be taking bookings via Facebook/Messenger at this stage.

As always, payment upfront will be required and I would recommend booking asap as demand will be high. Demand will determine the amount of additional coaches should these be required.

    Thanks

According to your missive above BL their little ground holds over 3000 so it will not be one-third full.

If we can get an early goal, I really think you will see the home side feel the pressure.Yes, they are a very good side and on the balance of the first 90 mins of play deserve a 1-0 lead but being at home in front there home fans , they might think its job done.I think the majority of Fylde's team are the same that lost to Guiseley in last season play offs. And yet the thought of falling again at the last hurdle will no doubt be still at the back of there minds again.
    Early goal,you never know..

Our defence have been magnificent this season, but sometimes clearing the ball in whatever fashion has been the only consideration, when if the communication or awareness had been just a bit better, they wouldn't have had to hit it high and long so often. When that happens, composure is compromised, because a battle for a ball falling from the air ensues. It's not only for entertainment value that I want to see our players play football along the ground more, but also because I think it better suits their talents and sets us up for more positive outcome. Tomorrow, please do not just play the long ball!

We may need to sign him or his doppelgänger to get out of this league if we don't go up! I reckon 80 pts minimum with the teams coming into the league!

Danny Rowe still has a 3 year full time contract at Fylde, so will not be cheap.

Buzzing for tomorrow, but my voice box isn't working at the moment , but hopefully I can join the banter tomorrow.

In regards to our forum being quiet, Facebook has more or less killed it as our preferred place is the "AFC Fylde Supporters" group.

I can see a lot more pressing from fylde so need to shift the ball quickly to feet. Every player has got to get in positions to receive the ball and offload in what could be a balmy afternoon. Going to be a tough afternoon at the office but get that first/ second goal early on is imperative as it'll force them out of their shell and get them to alter their game plan.
