    By car
Moor Lane is located just over two miles away from Junction 17 of the M60. The ground is not located in Salford itself, but in the nearby area of Kersal.

From the M60 at Junction 17 take the A56 towards Manchester City Centre. Keep straight along the A56 and after passing a Lidl store on the left with a Carphone Warehouse on the opposite side of the road, then take the third turning on the right (at the traffic lights and signposted Oaklands Hall/St Pauls Church) into Moor Lane. For the main entrance take the next left into Nevile Road and you will reach the ground down on the right, after the school.

There is no parking available at the ground for visiting supporters, plus the streets in the immediate vicinity of the ground have a resident’s only scheme in operation. So please check signage on lamp posts for details of parking restrictions, as wardens out on patrol on matchdays. However, there is street parking to be had on Moor Lane itself and other streets located a little further away from the ground, such as Kersal Moor Road. Parking here also has the added benefit that you can get away pretty easily after the match, as at the top of Kersal Moor Road, you can turn right towards Prestwich (for M60 North) or left towards Swinton (for M61 and M60 South).

    By Train
Although there are some smaller railway stations that are slightly nearer to Moor Lane, it is not worth travelling out to them as you'll still be almost three miles away from the ground. Manchester Victoria is the closest mainline station, which is just over three miles away and probably too far to walk. Either take a taxi up to the ground or from the Victoria Station approach you can catch First Bus No: 98 along Bury New Road towards Bury. This bus stops just after Moor Lane, just past the Hazeldean Hotel. The journey time is around 18 minutes. More information can be found on the First Bus website.

Probably x4 of us travelling to this game. Let’s hope we are just in front and a draw will suit us. If we get a favourable result tonight and Darlo do us a favour tomorrow, then it’s going to be a monumental game at the Class of 92 showground.

Thoughts everyone on who Simon will deploy tomorrow? 1. Belshaw 2. Fallowfield 3.Parker 4. Falkingham 5. Kennedy.6. Burrell 7. Thomson 8. Emmett 9. Ainge (c) 10. Thewliss or Knowles 11. Leesley. Subs: Cracknell, Vann, Swaine, Kerry, Agnew, Beck, Come on Town, let’s reverse the 2-1 defeat so we even, then Stockport.

It has to be Knowles rather than Thewlis. Otherwise agree with what you say.

Information from Salford. Match is not segregated.
Really looking forward to this one with over 100 supporters now booked on coaches. Just hope the weather doesn't intervene.

    VISITING SUPPORTERS

Supporters can pay in cash at the turnstiles and will not be segregated for this fixture.

    Admission Prices:

    Standard Adult: £10.00
Concessions: £5.00 (Over 60s, Under 16s and Students with NUS or equivalent ID)
Under 5s are admitted free of charge.

Although there will be no segregation Harrogate Town supporters are invited to use our ‘A’ turnstile on Moor Lane (the end nearest to the school) as most visiting fans choose to congregate on the terrace at that end of the ground.

Well done town for giving them a tough game. We were on top second half but they scored two first half without excuses and probably on that basis deserved to win. I guess we are not top of the league material but the I believe that based on this and the fa trophy performance we should have an evens chance of getting promotion through the play-offs so long as our form doesn't drop off from the last 2 matches!

Game lost 1st half with a good effort 2nd half. They are a big side and overpowered us 1st half. Our keeper has recently not been holding shots which he should be which resulted in their 1st goal. The team talk that our team had at half time needed to be given before the game started because we were very different 2nd half.
Ainge had hard luck with his 1st half header hitting the post but overall he is strangely out of sorts. Good goal from Knowles but looked very tired the last 15 mins. Both fullbacks were not at their best but maybe it was down to the opposition being good. Think we don't play very well on winter grass pitches at present so we need to adjust.
We now need to just keep winning games and see where we end up at the end of season starting on Tues weather permitting.

Got to agree with both above posts regards the 1st half. Gave a big side (not a football side!) two easy goals. After this we came back into it, and totally dominated the 2nd half. If we’d of snatched a deserved equaliser, they couldn’t of argued as we really did show them how to play on the deck, which was a feat in itself given the terrible state of the pitch! Unlucky boys, get it out of your system, as an equally important fixture awaits us back on our patch v Stockport on Tuesday night. Still a long way to go, so stay focused for the final 3rd of a compelling season, and who knows where we will be come end of April.
