At least one injury for them today and a loss. Can only hope Chorley keep their heads down and we turn FC over on Tuesday at ours with no more injury woes.

Re: FA Cup Draw
Terrific comeback today- Looked like we had blown it with a similar performance to last year after taking the leed then letting 3 goals in. Well done to the management for getting things right in the end- FC United have only themselves to blame for the 5 mins stoppage time when we equalised because of their time wasting. If Tuesday's game is as good as the 2nd half today we are in for a treat

Re: FA Cup Draw
Happy to draw today ... Reward for endeavour to the final whistle, but over the 96 minutes I have to say I thought FCUM were the better team.
Too many of our players were below par today and will have to improve for us to get anything out of Chorley. They played well against us at Wetherby Rd
last season and have shown some good form this season.

Let's be proud of the never say die attitude of our team. York City at home in the next round?

Re: FA Cup Draw
Did anyone notice that both teams played in black socks. Would this have happened with our past kitman. I always thought that each team must not clash with shirts/shorts and socks. Really surprised the ref allowed it to happen.

Re: FA Cup Draw
While on the subject of kit what is the club policy on away kit. Some supporters yesterday looked a bit out of place in blue shirts when the team wore yellow/black against a team in red! We won't meet many teams on our travels in yellow shirts, enforcing a colour change.

Re: FA Cup Draw
We were meant to be in Blue. My son was mascot so had him in blue kit. Believe it was decided late on that we would be in yellow.
Based on the information I was given a lot of fans wore away colours.

Re: FA Cup Draw
If you want a laugh, go onto FC Halifax Town forum.
Slating the ground when they obviously haven't been here for a few years, and one idiot complains about the prices here. He obviously never goes to The Shay!!

Re: FA Cup Draw
Halifax is the most expensive ground in the league. Charge extra 1 pound for away supporters plus normal price is higher than anyone .The programme is the most expensive in the league also. Bar prices probably higher also. Its not a 4 sided ground for supporters to watch the game. I think their supporter should start complaining at his own club first.

'What an arrogant set of tossers'; 'horrible fans'
Not sure that those sort of comments help our match day stewards!

Mind you, summarising those comments into one line as I have done may also not help our match day stewards!

The scouts from Haliberry won't be liking what they saw tonight. Clinical job with 2 cracking goals

Re: FA Cup Draw
Great to see Gazza back in the goals. He's still getting adjusted to the pace of the game but hopefully he'll come through it and score vital goals like we know he can.Apart from a spell in the 2nd half we did a good job last night. Now to the really hard game in the next round.
