Fleetwood and Website Empty Fleetwood and Website

    From Town website:

    10 November 2009
    Website Updates

The usual almost daily updates to this website could possibly be more irregular over the next few weeks.

The Live Match News service has also been temporarily suspended.

Appologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Surely we could have a reasoned explanation why? Has the guy that does it taken a break or busy with other commitments? Is the money situation getting so bad that running a live match service would be too expensive?

And not to try and get people down after a great point last night but even the stuff that was on the website was littered with mistakes:

Second half substitute Rory Coleman was Town's
    (??? Towns's what? I assume hero?),
twice equalising after Jamie Milligan had put Fleetwood ahead.

Harrogate Town: Aaron Ratchford, Jon Maloney, Ben Chapmen, Michael Wood, Matt Bloomer, Craig James, Simon Harrison, Curtis Woodhouse, Brian Dutton, Keiran Leabon
Really? We only played with 10 men and got a point. Maybe we really have turned a corner.

And league table hasn't been updated, okay small thing but we're a point better off at the bottom.

And to rub salt in the wounds last night, Craig Dootson was playing for Fleetwood! Rumour on the other forum is that Weaver went to meet him and he just didnt turn up to sign, least we put two goals past him. Anyone know anything about the keeper that played lastnight?

We signed him from Leigh Genesis, and i'm not sure if it is a loan deal or non-contract.

Communication from the club, never brilliant, is now virtually non-existent, even BRM seldom contributes to this forum anymore. I agree that an explanation regarding the official site would be useful, no wonder rumours (true or otherwise) circulate when the club tells us nothing. I'm no expert but presumably updating an already existing website doesn't need particular IT skills, anyone at the club could do it.
Come on guys try and communicate to the fans a bit better, we are the diehards who keep going and caring about the club through good times and bad, we may moan and criticise but its because we are concerned I will (hopefully) be going to Gainsboro on Saturday shelling out a hefty train fare in the process: support is (or should be) a two way process

BRM is busy dealing with life, sick children and wife and trying to find answers to questions that don't want to be answered!

Apart from that all is fine in nah nah land!

I googled him and it stated that he was at Leigh Genesis. Oh well, my bad.
