Colwyn Bay Away Supporters Club Bus - ANY INTEREST???

Without getting remotely carried away, lets just assume we were fortunate enough to continue our recent good form with a win on Saturday and then backed it up with a win against Ossett Albion in the WRCC - we then face a run of extremely tough fixtures where the presence of the proverbial 12th man would be a massive help.

Is there any interest in a bus for the Colwyn Bay game?? - heavily subsidised at £10 per adult and £6 per under 18. At this price we would need a minimum of 40 people.

If we were unbelievably fortunate to get a result at Colwyn Bay we could then have a look at a similar fare to lovely Histon.

The motivation to the side of away support cannot be underestimated - YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU!

Expressions of interest would be appreciated.

                     

At £10, I would be happy to go to that one. For future away games, how about £10 away for supporters club members, £12/£15 for non supporters club members ? Membership would increase, no brainer.

We need to get this offer ADVERTISED on as much LOCAL MEDIA as possible ASAP!!!
Because believe it or not, a lot of Town fans don’t actually look @ this forum!!!!!!!!!!
  
We’ve a number of junior sides @ the club now so if some of those lads decide to go with some of their mates then that could help swell the numbers required for a bus!!
Every away game we have a number of fans willing to go but who have no means of getting there!!!

£10 a snip for a trip to Wales!!!!!
 

I would suggest advertising this over the tannoy before the BPA game and maybe have poster up on the 1919 door or by the turnstiles.

We managed to get 37 down to Boston this season!
Only a few sides segregate supporters in this league so it is difficult to know how many away fans on average we take to games!
It will be lower than the “Village People” though!!
 

Really hope that this goes ahead and we can get the numbers.

Don't know abouth others however. if we are only a few short, I would be happy to pay a little bit more to make it viable.

Agree with Jordan. If the numbers werent at 40, but around 30ish, I'd quite happily pay extra,

They have a good clubhouse ha......I didn't make it around the boozers, was driving!

They have had plenty of £ pumped in over the last few seasons & looks like plenty more to come!!!!!

Interesting stuff, they are not messing around are they? Anyone know where Guiseley get their funding from? Do they have a Mr.Big as owner with deep pockets? Good luck to them anyway (unless they pip us for 5th place this season!).

Steve Parkin is the money behind Guiseley, owns clipper transport and a whole host of race horses. Local business man who has been close to getting involved with Leeds so the jungle drums would have it.

17 so far and we will be making a big effort today to get the message out and at this time it looks promising - to be honest, my feeling is that if we win today the bus will happen.
