Ben Muirhead signs for Town

Harrogate Town have signed former Manchester United reserves winger Ben Muirhead.

Born in Doncaster, the 26 year old started his football career at Old Trafford. Following a loan spell at Doncaster Rovers, he moved to Bradford City in March 2003 and went on to make over 100 appearances for the Bantams. He was signed by Rochdale in 2007, and then dropped into non-league with Alfreton Town at the start of the 2008/09 season. Ben started the current season at Farsley Celtic, before a transfer to the now defunct King's Lynn club in October.

Well my opinion is this is a cracking signing !! WE HAVE FINALLY GOT OURSELVES AN ATTACKING LEFT WINGER!!!!!!!!

All these new signings seem to be paying off. We have moved up a place to second bottom already.

But the most worrying thing is, he has gone through 40+ players already this season, and if he cant find the right combination in the next few weeks that is capable of getting us up the table, then we will be playing Unibond League next season.

Quietly impressed with this signing, but lets see if he can cut the mustard at Wetherby Road.
