According to the official site he has gone back to Hull, but the Advertiser tells us that Hull will not be offering him a contract for next season, and we are trying to sign him. Maybe even before the Hyde game! Anyone have the 'inside dope' on this? I'd love to have him sihned permanently for us next season.

Re: Ryan Fallowfield
Released by Hull a week ago today. His agent spoke with Simon earlier this week. Don't think he has been signed in time to play a part tomorrow unfortunately.

Re: Ryan Fallowfield
The simple thing is that Simon has always had a good eye for talent, and he has also attracted some real quality players to the club.
I have been a fervant critic of Simon, but I have always been of the opinion that there are 2 sides to every story.
Anyway, back onto subject. The fact that he has managed to get Ryan to sign permanently is a sign that he has the ability to attract young players, and hopefully we will now keep faith with the youngsters, and stick to the current policy of giving the youngsters a chance. We have some real quality in the feeder squads coming through.
There is no doubt in my mind that Ryan has the ability to still have a very good career in the professional ranks. And I hope that he hits the ground with the same impact last season as he has done this season. He certainly appreciates the support a lot more than other squad members.
