Adam Bolder & Michael Woods
Wonder how ecstatic the two above were about the result?

Re: Adam Bolder & Michael Woods
Must admit, it was surprising to hear that Bolds, Woodsie and Anton were taken off at half time - but credit Simon for making what seemed like a drastic change. They might leave ... I am not in the know ....but my instinct is that the dressing room is a stronger place than we assume, it is a long season, plenty of points and places to battle for!

The club certainly seem to love publicly scapegoating people don't they?

For all my opinions, and criticisms. No one is bigger than the club. They need to understand that, or leave.

Re: Adam Bolder & Michael Woods
Can I just ask, does anyone have any actual evidence that these players and a couple of others that have been mentioned recently have actually lost interest or are acting like Billy Big B****cks? Or is it just an assumption based on some below par performances and the fact that the manager has publicly put the blame on their doorstep with his selections and substitutions?
Because I'll tell you now, if anyone thinks bombing them out is the solution to our problems then they are sadly mistaken.

Re: Adam Bolder & Michael Woods
I cant believe Adam Bolder would be the type of player to play "half arsed", far too professional, but he is a luxury player, the type of player that dictates the game with the ball rather than without. The last few games I have watched, we have struggled to gain/maintain possession, let alone give it to Bolder in the right areas

I am driving my car from Windsor to Harrogate for a service at DJ Fox .... Which reminds me that Anton is a rolls-Royce player who just needs a quick MOT before Tuesday

DJ Fox? No expert but didn't he used to be a judge on pop idol? Why on earth would you want him to repair your car?Innocent Bystander wrote:I am driving my car from Windsor to Harrogate for a service at DJ Fox .... Agree about Woods. He runs around like a headless chicken most of the time. Still think Bolder has a future though. That boy can pass!!!

Have arrived in Harrogate - car in for service, will camp outside the CNG tonight to ensure I get in tomorrow
Has the Boston Utd v Harrogate you tube video gone viral yet?

Re: Adam Bolder & Michael Woods
When it comes to Woods. He just isn't being played in his best position, and this is why his form is up and down. He needs to play in the hole behind the Striker, probing and looking for opportunities to open up the defence. On his day, he is unstoppable. He just needs to play in his natural position.
Bolder and Brown: Its really difficult with these 2. Bolder can dictate a game better than any player in this league. I just think that he is having a bit if a rough patch. He will come out the other side.
Brown just needs to get fit and play in front of the back 4, breaking up opposition attack and he will come good.
If you look at our most consistent players. They are the ones who get played in their natural favoured positions. The problem for me is tactical, and we all know that Simon isn't exactly great in that department.
I could manage Harrogate Town better than he can.

All 3 were fit to play. Had a good chat with Bolds before the game - he will be back firing again

Re: Adam Bolder & Michael Woods
Well they weren't missed tonight and we don't have a game until 2nd November, so plenty of time for them to chew on things and get their act together. I really hope they're not on the way out.

Re: Adam Bolder & Michael Woods
I honestly just think they ate both in a bit of a rough patch. It happened with Adam last season. This is no different.
They will come good.
Oh, and Aspin was probably hoping to have a look at one of these 2 last night, if he was there.

Saw all three of them sat in the Sponsors Lounge Stand at half term, sat in an otherwise empty stand all looking thoroughly miserable!

I'm not surprised. I'd be miserable if I was in their shoes as well!!!
