    England Manager Empty England Manager

Post by yorkie-girl on Mon Feb 13, 2012 11:56 am

So now that Capello has resigned it's time for a new England manager. A bit disappointing Capello goes but these things happen. MInd you, if the FA hadn't interfered in the way he worked the club he'd be still around. With a good track record why didn't the FA just let him continue? Was it really down to Capello stripping Terry of being captain?
Well off he goes and now we need someone else.

Who do you think the next should be?

    So far we have:

    Harry Redknapp
    Stuart Pearce
    Jose Mourinho
    Guus Hiddink
    Roy Hodgson
    Martin O'Neill
    Arsene Wenger
    Sam Allardyce
    Rafa Benitez
    Glenn Hoddle
    Gareth Southgate

Does anyone have a different manager to join the list of possibilities? bounce

It's going to be Harry Redknapp. As soon as Tottenham have secured Champions League football, he will take the England job.

Stuart Pearce: Stated he is not interested
    Jose Mourinho: Next Tottenham manager
Guus Hiddink: Just taken charge of Anzhi.
Roy Hodgson: FA wouldn't employ him.
Martin O'Neill: Just joined Sunderland (and he's a fan!)
Arsene Wenger: If he left Arsenal, he wouldnt take the England job.
Sam Allardyce: Happy at West Ham
Rafa Benitez: Will take over at Chelsea once AVB is sacked.
Glenn Hoddle: You taking the Mickey?
Gareth Southgate: Will take Wolves job if relegated.
