I suppose public transport on a Bank Holiday wouldn’t be the best anyway!
    Embarassed
At least York City fans will be able to take advantage of the public transport to Harrogate in September!!!
They reckon between 800 & a 1000 are coming through on the train!!!!

Last August bank holiday I thought I had allowed ample time to make the relatively easy bus+train trip to Halifax. However, the road chaos caused mainly by the Leeds Festival was so bad that the bus did not reach Leeds station until kick off time! If we go up, the National League as it stands has little to offer supporters going to away matches by train - no clubs in the Manchester area, for example, as there are in National North. "Cheap day return to Dover, please."

Away Travel offers you the beauty of jumping on a coach at Harrogate Town FC and then dropped off at the other ground.

Oh dear! Town are top and Kirkstall Flyer is slipping down the table, not good enough. Anyway I'll miss Saturday (gutted!) but I'm going for broke: 3 -1 to Town, Jordan the goalscorer and over 800 at the CNG. 8 points in the bag I think!

International weekend with England playing Friday so hopefully we'll have a decent crowd.

Great day yesterday. Seeing 30+ Town fans, along with spectators, enjoying a game of footy on the beach was fantastic.

    Brilliant result too.
