    All ticket!!

Will season ticket holders gain entry like normal or will they have to obtain a separate match day ticket “using their season ticket” to get in on the day?
    scratch
No surprise to be fair this, as we had a bit of trouble after the game @ The Shay earlier in the season!
And looks like some of their local “Muppets” were mixing it with the “Nappy Crew” from Bradford City @ Bradford Park Avenue!

Think a few of the “Nappy Crew” might have turned up with Park Avenue @ the CNG back in January!!

Would've thought that a season ticket would act as a ticket within the context and hat Town are using it. Would be good to allow season ticket and concessions through the office entrance!

It's frustrating that there is no mention of arrangements for season ticket holders.

Season ticket holders will get in as normal. They won't need to buy a separate ticket. Not sure if they'll have their own entrance though. May still have to queue up.

Hopefully there will also be something in the Advertiser and on Stray FM, but it was made clear on the tannoy on Saturday that it was all ticket and that people cant get in without a ticket. Tickets were announced as being available to buy at half time despite the club originally saying people had to attend early to buy them between 9:30am and 1pm and I did attend early!

I was more thinking of the general public who don't venture down to often who perhaps won't know it's all ticket till it's to late.

I agree. The club needs to advertise it well but I suspect there may still be some people who are caught out.

    Now not all ticket!
If you want entry into the home end!

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING FC HALIFAX TOWN FIXTURE
In a change to advertised entry arrangements, Harrogate Town supporters will be able to purchase tickets on the day from The North Gate Turnstile.

Harrogate Town v FC Halifax Town
    Monday 17th April - 15:00
This match is no longer All Ticket.
Harrogate Town supporters can now purchase tickets on the day, paying by cash at The North Gate Turnstile. Away fans must still purchase their tickets in advance via FC Halifax Town.
    Managing Director Garry Plant commented:

“We’ve worked closely with all the relevant authorities on this one, and we believe that together, we can manage the fixture safely and effectively. It has therefore been decided to reverse our initial decision to make all supporters purchase their tickets in advance, and will now accept cash on the day from Harrogate Town fans.
“The fixture will still be segregated, and the safety of all supporters will always remain our main priority, hence the robust security presence which will be visible inside and outside the ground. However we also feel that by giving match goers the option to pay on the day, we will maximise the attendance and improve the atmosphere”
“The game itself is going to be huge, we all know that. Halifax Town have been great in getting tickets to their passionate and loyal fans, and this will continue to be the process required for any away supporters who wish to travel. In terms of effectively managing the safety of supporters, this process has worked well.”
“The game itself is a Yorkshire derby and falls on a bank holiday, so we are expecting a great turn out regardless of the entry arrangements, but we obviously want as many Harrogate Town fans in the ground as possible”
“I appreciate that some supporters may question the decision to now revoke the all-ticket status, however I’m sure everyone would agree it’s better to make the decision now, rather than stubbornly uphold a situation which could prove detrimental to the team, the club and the fans”

Would have been a very rare occurrence to have had an ALL TICKET match @ the CNG Stadium!
Hastings United FA Cup maybe but other than that can’t think of many?
    scratch
Apart from the queues for the FC Halifax Town FA Cup game (mainly for entry to the home end) there didn’t seem to be many other issues on the day!

Thought we were supposed to be playing the ball on the ground ! Another poor performance but we were down to the only fit players available .Leesley had a game to forget getting caught with the ball or giving it away too often. We had some bad luck and should have scored but overall we were 2nd best. Thought Ellis and Shiels were the MOM. Pittman was no better than usual still looking not interested. The crowd that was anounced looked about 500 short. Cannot see us getting any more points this season. Halifax looked like a team ready for the playoffs.

We might have scored, they should have got at least 4. It was a truly dreadful performance, and if were down to the bare bones, where was Brooks by and why hasn't Chib been recalled? Tired of hearing excuses. Everything today was dreadful, team and the admin.

Basically I agree with paulstreet comments. The team needs a complete revamp if we are to enter into promotion candidates for next season. I agree with garage that Shields and Ellis were mainly rocks in defence. Crooked engenders no confidence in the defence. Leesley who we can often depend on so much showed a complete lack of any skills today.
Will we ever play a game of football on the ground - I'm coming to thinking that the reason we don't is that we're not good enough footballers which is why we deserve to be in NL North.
The only thing I agree with today, maybe controversially, is the crowd of 1335. Why the chaos getting out of the ground - ffs!
Ok - I guess I wouldn't be whinging so much if I thought there was any hope for this team. After the build up to today and today's performance, I can't see any.

Really bad day at the office today. Bare bones of a team is no real excuse for the poor performance. If we were talking about bad luck, or that we had given our all and they were just better than us, it would be different, but unfortunately that's not the case. Roll on next season!

Any chance of an explanation from the club why it was necessary for HOME fans to be detained at the end of the match which hadn't happened at previous segregated games. In fact as I waited I was more or less surrounded by Halifax fans who had been allowed in the seated stand. All entirely harmless but hardly compatible with strict segregation.

The crowd was surely more than 1330? I'd of thought 1600\1700 at least. Not that it matters.

What a shambolic day on all fronts from Harrogate Town, on the pitch absolutely terrible players clearly on holidays and not interested, looks like simon is aswell stood on the touch line like a subuteo player all afternoon.

Off the pitch... well where do we start, the game was announced as 'all ticket' then in a sudden change of heart home fans only could pay on the gate, perhaps it had something to do with us selling less than 50 tickets! I got in the ground at 1.30 at which the burger van wasn't in the ground and no segregation fences were in place, I walked down to the 1919 and noticed the food outlet in the main stand was also shut, as I got to the 1919 I was at least 3 town fans walk past the segregation fence and go get something to eat from the food outlet in the 'away' end and walk back, on entering the 1919 I was told that the bar was to close at 2.10 as somebody at the club had been told 400/500 halifax fans without tickets were turning up so ( don't know if this is true) as pay on the gate for away fans would be open but the segregation barrier would be moved to the end of the 1919, this did happen but I noticed during the original segregation fence never opened so nobody if they wished could get into that area of the ground.
Pretty annoyed at this point I left the 1919 at 2.15 and walked up to the kop only to see one end boarded off and with no explanation why was told I had to walk round the stands and enter at the far end, by this time the 1 burger fan for all town fans had arrived and due to the queue for this and the that being the only enterance to the kop there was a back log of people having to squeeze past, I stood down from the rails of the kop and spoke to a group of fans who were clearly open enough to admit that they were Halifax fans, but were told by Saxon to move along as they needed space for people to enter the kop for health and safety reasons! ( why block off the other end!!)
A terrible day got worse as we were battered 3-0 a attendance of 1300 was announced, a absolute joke as the club had openly stated a 1000 Halifax fans were coming so they were trying to tell us there was only 300 town fans there??? and then to add insult to injury HOME fans were locked in the ground for ten minutes to let AWAY fans leave 1st! I overheared several people say what a joke the day had beenand that they wouldn't be returning.
