Just been reverting to forum peeper and some interesting old posts by Dark Knight, reet similar to where we fund ourseleves now and what a few brave folk were saying back when this all began....

Who is he and does he still go to games?

I think he left his post at the advertiser for a job at the Yorkshire post

Read the posts and threads a while back. Would rather stay positive and try and change things.

You read them and learnt nothing then. There is no need for owt to change why would they. It has never been about the regular town fans like at all other clubs at this level and below. It's about his son. Full stop. And is the issue when you look back. A son unfortunately for us who despite the uefa coaching badges, the season after season of being in the job, the strong budget, the lack of any pressure for his job, the ever increasing coaching team behind him, the increased analysis and contacting coaching time, the expensive and club changing pitch, a huge cast of players etc etc...has shown not to be very capable. Sure he is a nice bloke but he is not cut out for football management. Maybe he is too nice.

Was he the last advertiser journo? Brilliant if it was.

Yes Surplus i admire your positive approach but there was another guy a while back on here who did the same thing backed the club and the Weavers only to be sh*** on from a great hight which he did not deserve, you will not change anything with these people in charge the family club has now gone forever they don't give a flying frig about true supporters, you might as well bang your head against a brick wall they will not listen

Time will tell, but the supporters are the lifeblood of any club. I did learn some things from the threads and others I've been on and I'll choose to stay positive.
