What to expect over the course of the 2015/16 season Empty What to expect over the course of the 2015/16 season

Insanely biased match reports from doctor who (to such an extent that you’re made to wonder whether you were even at the game)
    Underperforming players
Player unrest / players frozen out
    Scapegoating of players
Players ignoring instructions from the manager
Players being bollocked in changing room after the game for 45 mins
Players being bollocked in changing room after the game for an hour
Players being bollocked in changing room after the game for over an hour
Players coming and going before Peter has even had chance to update the club website
Variety of different tactics being deployed - emphasis on short, passing to feet, followed by a more direct approach, then reverting back to short, passing to feet and then a combination of both. These tactics will be put in practice for a maximum of 3 games.
Simon displaying negative body language from the technical area when the side is a goal down resulting in a negative reaction from players
Players being told not to talk to fans in the bar after the game
Paul street full of optimism that we’ll get promoted
Paul street upset that we’ll struggle to achieve mid table
PR cock ups and attaching blame to well respected and hardworking club volunteers.
    Further ground developments
A fans forum session restricted to individuals that are unlikely to challenge and hold management to account for poor performances
Community initiatives, developing work with local schools and charities
Enhanced range of refreshments, much to the delight of ‘pie and chips’ and many other town followers
    Excellent matchday programme
Committed and lively fan presence at home and away games
    Ged Maloney talking nonsense
    Garry Plant tweeting nonsense
Some dubious man of the match awards
    A mid table finish …

Nice to get a name check TS! And, yes, I will doubtless be optimistic come early August, along with, I guess, 95% of all football fans. If you can't be optimistic in August its a poor show! And, incidentally, my views about the mangerial situaton etc. have not basically changed. Put me in charge for 24 hours and I would appoint a new Head Coach/Manager as my first action. Probably push Simon upstairs. My 'change', such as it is, is recognising that SW ain't going anywhere, so lets try and get on with it and get behind the team, and the young players who did lift my spirits for a couple of months. They fell away towards the end, but it was a good ride while it lasted.

Do I think we will ever get promotion under the SW/Macca regime? NO. But that won't stop me from supporting the team, preferring optimism over pessimism, and looking for any available bright sparks.

I think that TS will be devastated that his prediction about the quality of the programme was so way off the mark.

We must be doing well. Not even coming in for free at half time anymore.
