No comments? Outstanding support today. We were the best team today. Crook must be worth 15+ points this season. Weaver had a dream.......

Personally I don't come on here that much anymore as it was just the same stuff about Weaver out every week. I do wonder if some of the posters were plants from BPA, Rail, Guiseley, people like DK- he never actually went to a game and only posted when we lost. The last thing I want to do is post when we lose. It hurts too much. It's really damaged this forum, IMO. Nobody talked about the games so i think a lot of people have been put off. What's the point posting if you are going to get shot down for being accused of being a Weaverite. Great to see the team doing so well. I hope we can keep it up.

Thought we played ok for opening 30mins yesterday then let them into the game and could have easily lost it. They played some good through balls on the ground down the middle which really caught us out but thanks to crooks we survived.Nyoni very unlucky to be booked again when he got the ball first and now must be near a suspension.Overall not at our best but thanks to our box of tricks Emmett we came away with 3 hard earned points. Now I've got that long long drive home!

Another childish comment from a forum member who sees fit to throw insults around. Laughable.

Now, to the football. A very impressive result yesterday. Very pleased. It sounds like we played very well and hope now we can get a positive result when Grimsby come next week.

On a different note, I have been a fervent critic of Simon Weaver, but he seems to have got it together this season (so far). I'm happy he is proving me wrong and I hope it continues.

Looking forward to the Grimsby game now.

Gutted I had to drop out of going last minute...certainly a few will have a sore head for the rest of this week. Sounded like we rode our luck yesterday or was it the perfect away performance? We certainly have options when teams tire which is why we are bagging late goals....Last season we may have drawn or lost that so sign of a great team winning without playing our best.

Anyway lets hope Grimsby underestimate us and we show what we are all about on Sat.

Another 3 points on the road. Seem to have the great knack of grinding out the results.
And as for super Jackie Emmett on the wing. Love watching this lad, old school wing wizard.
    Bring on Saturday…..

    DARING TO BELIEVE !

And Clayton didn't score again  Emmett and Thewlis should be starting every match

RR - you really need to start watching more games.

Clayton has been outstanding this season. He takes the pressure off the players around him and has contributed to so many goals. Take Workington for example. First half, we hardly had a sniff. Brought Clayton on and the chances came.

I only watch home games so i say it as i see it, but is it a coincidence that we have won quite a lot of games late in the second half when Clayton is subbed and the players coming on win us the game? and would you say that the parnership with Knowles is working not saying Clayton doesn't give 100% its just a lack of goals that worries me for a striker, i know he has a lot of fans on here but i am not convinced on the games i have seen and if we lose Daniels with an injury (God forbid) i think we will be in trouble, i know they say one man doesn't make a team but look how we missed Ellis in defence a few weeks back, football is about opinions i just stated mine agree or disagree its your Prerogative

I would put that down more to players like Clayton wearing the opposition down and then bringing on young fresh legs to take advantage.

For me, Clayton has done significantly more than Knowles this season and adds so much more albeit, I would not be changing the team given current results and performances.

Without Daniels goals we would probably be mid table at best. Its been a real bonus so far and unfair on Brendon to expect him to keep doing it. The other two need to score more goals.

Without Clayton, Daniels would have not scored half of those goals.
