Re: TODAYS GAME
Having watched two of our last four matches, and seeing an end to a decent "run" prior to that,I think that's why, ladies and gents,we will never be any better than an average conference north side under the present regime. I fully applaud the efforts and improvements
that have been made off the pitch, however,as has been said many times this season by others,we will not progress on the pitch unless things change. And im not talking about trying out another 40 players next season !
I shall make the effort to support on Monday but will watch the opposition with interest given their recent wembley win and see how our lot respond.

Pleased I did not go now. If this is next season team it does not bode well. Wetherby 58 dead right. Like Neil I have accepted the inevitable re simon but we will never progress under his
Reign. Sad end to the season.

As usual you did not go
We should have walked this game- second half we had 3-one on one chances to score but not to be then Thewliss hit the crossbar- their winning goal was a fluke was meant to be a cross but took a deflection over Crooks- still enjoyed a good game and a good day out with the lads singing throughout 90 mins- hope they stay up because it is nearly our nearest team

Re: TODAYS GAME
My biggest frustration is how we conceded the second goal. We had a throw in, about 18yards from the goal. The ball was thrown back to Adam who got tackled. From there, they broke and scored the winning goal. We had enough chances to win the game. Clayton went one on one with their keeper, nyoni put it over from a couple of yards. Fortunately, it won't cost us, but if we needed the points, I would be pretty pissed off. We desperately need Gazza back!
Can't wait for this season to end.

Always worries me a bit when the team loses but fans say they had a great day out. OK does not matter now but we should be miserable when our team loses. I am. Not really now end of season and all that but more sadness garage!

Re: TODAYS GAME
some of the player,s had a nightmare game , there goal as someone stated was a fluke , the ref had a decent game more bias to our team, , great singing and drums from the fans , never heard celtic till they got winner. , still open for bragging rights.

It was a fluke but they should not have even had the ball. That is my frustration.
Anyone know where Paddy McLaughin was? Has his loan spell ended?

I have no idea - I just want to put this season to bed.
Looking forward to tomorrow though.

Got to hand it to Weaver, he keeps answering his critics. Top 6 for sure next season...

Re: TODAYS GAME
Good game to watch today- Walshaw put a good shift in concidering he cannot be match fit-difficult to give a man of the match because everyone played well most of the time- Bolder could have been sent off but then gave us a goal to remember -slightly disappointed in Ferriby playing the long ball game most of the time-finally we scored some goals that we've been threatening to do

Re: TODAYS GAME
Excellent win .... btw ... on Saturday I drove some of Town's young fans to the game at Stalybridge - it was great to meet Pie and Chips and Slicker ... but most of all ... what a fantastic effort from the singing town fans in both halves!

Re: TODAYS GAME
Great game, great win, four wonderful goals, what's not to like? Where are all the celebratory posts? Come on guys. If Jack Rose's cheeky goal after 30 seconds on the pitch doesn't make you smile, nothing will. Three other great goals as well. No negatives that I can think of, thought Walshaw did well, despite not scoring. Sign him up!!
Great afternoon, loved every minute of it and the naysayers can take a running jump!

Hilarious review on the Ferriby website, ranks with some of Craig's equally comical one-eyed reviews of our defeats. Read it and have a chuckle!!

Re: TODAYS GAME
Nothing really to complain about yesterday and I am pleased to see the boys bounce back after the disappointment of Stalybridge. We now have a very young and exciting team to watch and a team where all 11 men are willing to give 100%.
I would love us to retain Walshaw but at IB says, I can see him moving on.
Nice to see Lewis getting a goal too.
