Manager Simon Weaver has released winger Lee Elam so that he may find another club for the forthcoming season. However, Lee will still be working for Harrogate Town AFC as he continue to coach the Academy side.

Always thought he was a quality player and good luck to him if he is planning on carring on playing (possibly harrogate railway?)

Yeas, good player Lee, but I guess he would struggle to get a regular place next season, pleased he is staying involved with us.

This is a very good decision by Simon, utilising Lee's experience to work with the academy. I believe that the best option for him would be Harrogate Railway. He would be an excellent acquisition for them, even on dual registration terms.

Served us well, got us back into games when coming off the bench, I have alot of respct for Lee, good luck on your next move and may your good work with the youngsters continue. Again signals Weaver's intentions with signings, even though lee was a bit part player he was still a huge impact player, coming off the bench and completely changing some games.

Lee could surely find an Evo-Stik Premier club to join...too good for Rail (especially with their 'reduced budget'!)

Scarborough Athletic would be perfect for him...a club building itself up like halifax and chester
