When he was talking to Sky Sports and Bill/Simon/Kevin this morning, he seemed extremely serious about Town and his football.

I am sure we will find out as soon as the football season begins but lets start positively!

He is certainly happier that he is playing part time football so that could be a major factor as he didn't want full time and Mansfield didn't want him part time!

Well pleased with this signing i think hes a quality player and a great step in the right direction. Someone who can boss the midfield is what we needed and we got him!!!!! and im sure he wont be pulling out of any 50-50 challenges Laughing

Plus is there anyway i can see the interview that he did with sky ???

Its been on Sky Sports News about ten to/five to at the end of every hour. So good to see the yellow and black on the box. I know this is a new forum but all that moaning a few weeks ago about not having a decent enough squad, you've got to congratulate the board Alan and Bill. Keep up the good work, looking forward to hearing the next few signings (another striker soon surely?) and the pre season fixtures. Very excited for the new season though.

He's obviously got his loyalties somewhere else, according to this, he would drop Harrogate for Grimsby Town. We let him train as and when because of his boxing career, and we pay him, if this is the way he is going to be, release him and get someone in with his wages who will be loyal to the cause.

I think he would struggle playing for Grimsby and Boxing, surely he would have to play football full time? either way one of his sports will suffer.
If Grimsby want to sign him, fair enough, it's a positive move for him, higher league etc, but we still have Curtis on contract and with that, surely a fee would be involved, or at least a pre-season game?

Once again my thoughts only. Basketball

He told me the other week before the match against Gainsborough that this is his final year in football and that he is retiring at the end of the season

Curtis Woodhouse has left town by mutual consent. Go on the Town website for more info, as well as Town to go alone for the purchase of Claro Road! All gonna be announced in tommorows advertiser. And Good luck Curtis for the fight on sunday.

He has signed for Sheffield FC.

I wish curtis all the best in his Boxing career, lets hope he wins a title.... cheers

As for the Claro Road announcement in the Advertiser, why not publish the story on the website, not try and sell bleedin' papers for a newspaper who can't even support the local teams properly? Madness. clown
