What the .... On the one hand SW is complaining about our 'unprecedented' injury crisis, on the other one of our most experienced midfielders is allowed to go on loan, I'm sure their is an explanation, wish I knew what it was Shocked
This now means that of the four high class midfielders we signed last summer: Tait, Turnbul, Wilson, Ross...not one is left. Who is to bame?

He has seriously lost the bloody plot! I could manage this team better than what he can, and i don't have any football qualifications!

Even if it is the case where Wilson may have asked to go on loan, I would have told him to stay put, and fight for a place in the team!

I can see Laurie's reasoning though. Just like Tait and Ross, he has seen that the club is a sinking ship with the Weavers' in charge, and realised how incompetent Simon Weaver really is.

I swear to god, if I ever won the Euromillions, I'd buy the Weavers out!

I'm spitting blood (not literally!), just listened to SW's post match interview, all about how many injuries weve got blah blah blah, I wish Rob had asked him why then he let Wilson go on loan then, for f...'s sake (pardon my language). Can't blame Wilson...all on board the lifeboats from the sinking ship, but if b....y SW mentions injuries etc. I don't know wat I'll do! Rant over...for now Evil or Very Mad

Ilkeston Town, who he's played for before.

Does seem very odd, particularly given Saturdays "event" Sad I guess SW is saying to him that he isn't up to the standard. Or is Wilson saying that SW isn't up to the standard.

All will be revealed I guess in the fullness of time. But from where I sit, it doesn't look good affraid

There is obviously something behind it, you dont play in a squad that gained promotion to the BSP, the come to Harrogate and become 'not up to the standard'. I think it's the latter really. He has seen through Weaver, and decided to go.

I doubt we will see Wilson back at the club. Its a shame really.

I expect all 4 of those quality midfielders signed expecting to be in a team competing for the play offs, and all got disillusioned as time went on.

I really thought that was the Midfield that could really push us on to the next level. Pity the manager is s**t.

Mind you, going all the way to Australia to escape from Simon Weaver is a bit extreme Smile Still, I understand the feeling. The Town fan who emigrated to New Zealand must have known what was coming Very Happy
