Getting a bit short of players arn't we? Thought Darville had the right back spot fairly well sewn up. Any reasons given? Thats Ross, Darville, Ashcroft and Tait (effectively) gone...no-one in. Struggling to fill the subs bench (except with local youngsters). Worrying.

Looking at the Squad photos on the official site, and if you exclude long term injuries: Adam and Stimpson, Hardy and Elliot, and the two local lads (surely not viable BSN players at this stage): Cohen and Emmot, and Tait (on loan and apparently out of favour), and Beezley (still at Rail) we have...yet for it...14 players left. Ouch

Still waiting Dan! Squad for Saturday gonna be interesting, hope Macca has still got a pair of boots! I do think we deserve some explanation as to why Darville (in particular) has suddenly gone: he has a good pedigree, and whilst he didn'y tear up any trees at full back, I thought he was a good, solid defender. A couple of injuries and we are REALLY gonna be struggling, and remember we have Guiseley (who win games for fun) coming up twice shortly. Hmmm...

Nice to see were eyeing replacements up, it says in the advertiser we've got 6ft4 Patrice Liburd on trial who is a central defender who's been playing in Belgium. Also were after Michael Brough who is a pretty experience and solid central midfielder. hopefully they are signed up for the game tomorrow!
