If Wrexham fielded anything like their strongest team this must be our best ever win in the Trophy - and maybe any other competition.

I think they made a few changes, but 1-0 at Torquay (who were then a League 2 club) is still our best.

We dominated from 1st to last min. I've not seen us have as much possession it must have been about 75/80 percent. Great to see Beck open his account and Kerry playing again. Wrexham hardly had a shot apart from one near the end which hit the bar. Don't know if Wrexham played anywhere near a full strength side but who cares. This is nearly as good a performance as Torquay away a few seasons ago.
Finally congratulations to our choir who must have had rehearsals gave us plenty of new songs and old and sang their hearts out!!!!

That was a fantastic performance today from the whole team. What a pleasure to see us play in the manner we did. As you quite rightly say Garage we dominated from start to finish. Some great individual performances throughout the team. Really pleased for the big man Beck, getting both goals, and on another day could surely have had a hat trick. Also pleased with the surprise inclusion of Loydd Kerry, who slotted in nicely with Aggers + Falky. Things could look great come the turn of the year if we can grind results out over the next two weeks v North Ferriby + Darlington (twice), then ‘fingers crossed’ a good home draw in next round of the FA Trophy.
