Craig you can't blame injuries for last season's disastrous finish to the season because we had such a huge squad. Anyway, that's over now.
I hope I'm wrong, I hope Simon and the squad will have learnt from last year and will not make the same mistake again!
actually mate, I can, and do. The injury list has massive, and the squad became bare thin towards the end, we lost alot of very good players at the close of season, and you can't replace them, Franks, Killock, Hall, Nowakowski, Bolder, Woods, we even lost Worsfold for a few games towards the end after his knock, and Anton too. it's not a excuse, but part of the reason. The players that came back like Woods wasnt match fit, nor ready to play, lacking confidence on the field after a returning from serious knocks.
To this season, already the list reads Speight, Turner, Magetts, Kendall, Worsfold, Killock, with Franks back on Monday, hopefully we got Speight and Kendall back with a couple of weeks, Magetts should be back Saturday, Simon set his team plans out and his plans for Walshaw, Kendall and Worsford wrecked by injury, Larkin came back, got injured and left, when the team is at full strength, in particular, when Kendall and Speight for example are back, and our leader, Killock, a run of wins will happen, I just feel it. Too postive or not, I'd rather be that, than the reverse
