Re: .....Darlo.....
Heard similar numbers.
I think we are the closest team to them and alot seeing this as a good chance to watch them.
Hope it's segregated.

Re: .....Darlo.....
I would expect at least 800/900 to travel down. We brought around 600 to Altrincham and 500 to FC United.
A game at the top of the table and our shortest away journey of the season, can't see it being to far off 1,000.

Re: .....Darlo.....
Grimsby Town brought over 900 for the FA Cup game!
But around 800 of them had pre bought match tickets allowing quicker access into the ground on the day!!!

Another Darlo fan here.
As other have said I would guess at a minimum of 600 and upwards of say 900 on Saturday.
Do you know if the game is segregated at all?

We will know by midweek id hope. I'd also advise that you leave plenty of time to get into the ground as cup game against Halifax ended up being a delayed kick off and folk were still queuing at the later kick off time.

Re: .....Darlo.....
Been looking forward to this one since the fixtures were out. Will be great to welcome Darlo on their journey back. A credit to football.
I would reckon on a 900/1000. Might be most of their home support but they still have to travel a few miles to be home support, so whats another 40miles. Especially a top of table match.
Good on 'em. Wish the fixtures had been the boxing day new years double header.
Anyone know if such an outrageous notion as the 1919 bar being open for use at half time will be a reality?

Think this lot
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Back in 2013 brought the largest away support we have seen for a league match @ The CNG for a while!!
Half term, Leeds & York both @ home so it looks like we could be outnumbered by the away fans!!!!
Could do with drumming up extra support for this one!!!

Re: .....Darlo.....
Is it true that the away end we have been allocated on Saturday only holds 900? Could sell-out and be problems if true.

Re: .....Darlo.....
I think the Sterling Motors stand holds 1,200 which was the allocation given to Grimsby Town for our FA Cup match last year!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
They sold just over 900 & there seemed plenty of room for another 300 to enter that part of the ground!
The Henderson Insurance stand (Kop) behind the goal holds 800.
A view of Sterling Motors stand with a few in it!!!

Attendance for this one 3,500

Re: .....Darlo.....
It's just I'm sure I saw a Harrogate fan put on Twitter that the stand could only hold 900.
We brought 900 to Harrogate RA in 2014 to give you an idea of how this could turn out if the stand can only hold 900. This tie obviously is generating more interest than that fixture, higher league, top 5 clash, long time since we've faced Harrogate Town etc.
I've seen a Harrogate fan put above in this topic that 1,000 fans would be "almost our full support". We actually got 1,479 in on Saturday with limited away support from Worcester.

Re: .....Darlo.....
Can see anything between 900 & 1500 turning up for this, many people looked for this fixture when they come out as it's our closest game.
We took over 1000 to Blyth just after Christmas and that's a nightmare to get to via public transport. We'll bring more than 900 though imo, lets hope the weather stays okay and we'll have more.
Here's hoping for 3 points. #UpTheDarlo

Re: .....Darlo.....
So if the sterling motors stand holds 1200 and the mop 800, how would we get the nearly double that (3800 ground capacity) into the ground (ie the extra 1800) ?

Re: .....Darlo.....
Because neither stands are full length!
There are plenty of standing areas outside of these stands & the main stand!
In fact I think our capacity is now up to 4,000
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Which now equals that massive ground at Nethermoor Park Guiseley!!!

Hi
It was myself who suggested that as that is what I was told.
That is however just for the stand. There is space to the side and also the segregation fence goes part the way across behind the goal where I reckon another 200ish could stand.

Also Nowakowski won't take part as he is currently on loan at Bradford Pa...
What about ex players Adam Mitchell, Leon Scott, Nathan Cartman.

Re: .....Darlo.....
I am particularly looking forward to the bar being shut at half time.
The club's Daily Mail take on football continues.
There should be a sign akin to the 60s boarding house at Town.....
No Dogs
No Smokers
No Drums
No Drinkers
No Fun
