Tough first away trip, long way to Worcester, and then Boston at home and then Altrincham at home, a few early tests! Feeling a bit sick, having a week away in early September, don't mind missing the Curzon game, but FC United on Tuesday...bad news. Who needs holidays anyway?

Yes a very long away trip first which gets it out of the way and also very winnable! Can't wait for it to start now. CMON TOWN! Very Happy

All in all I think they have landed a bit shite for us. Away first and last game of the season, as well as being long hauls - Stockport County double header over xmas??? Surely Darlo are closer and County have a load more relevant derbies. Boston and FCUM on midweek nights which will hit gate receipts.

Absolutely agree. Disappointing break down of fixtures for us. Feels a bit like a bucket of cold water thrown over my anticipation. FC United at home on an autumn Saturday and we'd have got 2000 comfortably. Tuesday evening: maybe half that. Boston home on Saturday, maybe 1500, 800 or 900 as it is. Although the fact it will be our first proper game on 3G should lift the attendance.

Oh well, there they are, they ain't going to change them!

Yep no changing them now - just odd being away like that first and last game and a financial hit to boot as you say with those mid weekers. Some great big games, seems like every month there are one or two great games. Just would have been nice to have had a bit more sense in there - fail to see why we wouldn't be playing Darlo over xmas too. Are they off to Hartlepool?
