Surely the club needs to sort this out? Lots of fans missing the start of the game yesterday, when the crowd can't have been a surprise. We've been getting 800+ recently, with queues at every home game. It was well known that Boston were bringing quite a few so it was only going to go one way (all the way to the wetherby road traffic lights!)

Re: Turnstiles
It surprised me yesterday that only 1 gate was open. Any comments on this from the club?

Re: Turnstiles
This has happened a few times this season!
During past seasons both sets of turnstiles have been open.
And that is with smaller crowds!!!!!
But you don’t necessarily go past the 1919 venue & canteen if the top turnstiles are open as well!
Entry & exit in & out of the ground will be governed under health & safety rules!

Re: Turnstiles
There are a few comments about it on the Boston forum too - people complaining of missing the first 10 mins!

Re: Turnstiles
Quote still stands. Bet you didn't queue for long. I arrived at 2.25 and there was only two people in front of me.
Still don't understand the situation with the turnstiles though.

Re: Turnstiles
I think I was probably at the ground for about 2:30 and there must have already being a queue of about 20 to 30 people then.
I personally think there should be a turnstile for season ticket holders only for quick entry but they should definitely have been prepared for this game as we knew it was going to be an increased attendance! Why have the turnstile's and not use them...

Re: Turnstiles
I wonder what the chances are of another log jam at the turnstiles happening on Saturday, because no one suspects that there might be a big crowd to see this one?!

Re: Turnstiles
I like the idea of designated turn stile for season ticket holders and how about some of the under 18's. Obviously a lot turn up with parents who want to stay together but quite a few under 18's are in groups with their friends and could be 'processed' quickly through as they are not paying.
