    They're all big games now!

“The clubs highest ever league finish was 5th in Conference North in 2005/06”

Have North Ferriby United applied for promotion?

Biggest game of the season so far,no doubt about it.An extra 7 day's to help Rachel get the player's in with tweak's and pull's to get them back up to scratch...Could be a total blessing? Whats so annoying is at last lately we seem to have made the CNG a bit of a a fortress yet,we have a pitch that just can't handel heavy rain..
There again with the water we have had lately it seems most pitches would have struggled.Hence only one game played today in our league.

Very good right winger, with a eye for goal. With Louie suspended have we recalled Andy Mc back or will we give young Warren Mason a start? We could always switch Lewis to left back? NFU are a very physical so who ever starts are in for a tough game...If its on that is.

Another great awayday (well afternoon) in prospect.

Can't believe we are not going to recall Andy, who I was surprised we had loaned out in the first place. It is a total no brainer unless (and unlike our loans typically from York) we don't have a recall option.

Unfortunately Andy cannot be recalled. I understand there is something in the loan agreement stopping that from happening.

In other news, it should be a noisy one. 47 booked on coach. 2 spare seats for anyone interested.

You cannot be recalled if the loan period is one month or one season.
You can be recalled from 3 month loans, (Jerry Yates).

Does anybody know if North Ferriby have applied or are actively looking for promotion. Their ground will struggle to get 2,000 into it and there does not appear to be any room to expand. Bearing in mind Guiseley's problems this year, it seems to me to be a waste of time NFU going up just to come down after one season because they cannot get their capacity up to the required 4,000. It would appear that a lot of money (players/travel/hotels) would be wasted.
