Finally won promotion to Conference North!

A decent bunch of supporters & if we play them @ home early on next season could push the 1,400 travelling support that Southport brought to "Wetherby Road" back in 2005!

Might be an idea to arrange this fixture when Leeds are @ home though!!!!!
    Shocked

Great news, was starting to think it would never happen. Should not only be a good away day, but a potentially awesome home fixture, as long as its on a Saturday. 600/700 FC United fans in Harrogate, the Kop of Fear will be rocking. Hate to say it guys, but I think you will be outsung!

Just about recovered from Tuesday night, great night and great celebrations afterwards [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Looking forward to our visit to Wetherby Road next season, it's been a long time coming and I bet I'm on bloody holiday. Sad

Lets get it on a Saturday and you'd be amazed at the ammount that will come over for it.

Booking holidays during the football season. Schoolboy error.

What you lot are doing is one of the best things happening in football. Much plaudits to you all.

Cannot wait to visit Broadhurst. With the ground the club will really start to motor.

With fc United, county and possibly a well backed Chorleywill be great for the division.

    Steve Evets is a legend!

I personally am very pleased the FCUM have finally come up. It's not before time either. I will be looking for the home and away dates next season and making the relevant plans to attend.

The success of FCUM does make me think though. Is it a viable option for HTFC to become fan owned? I've often wondered about that....

Yes, it will be good, lets hope they don't give us a home game on a Tuesday evening in February! First game of the season would be nice. It would be good if Blyth could make it as well, another great footballing name/heritage.

I agree. Would be good to see a team from the North East in the league again. Watch out for Darlington and Spennymoor in future also - both well managed and well supported clubs on the way up.

I believe Cartman got the player of the season award for Evostik North. Has slowed down his strike rate a bit since joining Darlington but forms a formidable partnership with Graeme Armstrong (remember him?).

Still hope we might get him back (Armstrong that is), he would score goals for us, and would never miss a penalty! Pass it on Ged!!
