Simon has stated in the Harrogate Advertiser that he does not deem this competition to be important.

On that basis, squad members will get a run out i assume.

Can we please just get a draw at home????

    My team for tonight:

    Peter Crook
    Dwayne Samuels (needs game time)
Leigh Franks (ditto after missing Saturday)
    Matt Bloomer
Dave Merris (Mr. Reliable, always plays!)
    Anton Brown (needs the game)
Michael Woods (if fit, also needs game time)
    Adam Bolder (ditto)
Asley Worsfold (needs to get back into contention)
    Chris Hall (ditto)
Dom Rowe (didn't really deserve to miss out on Saturday)

    Strong team eh?

I bet he wont play this team, but you should Simon!!

1-0 win ...... does the winner of the WRCC qualify automatically for Europe?

    Played a strong team tonight
    Cmac
    Samuels
    Mez
    Killock
    Bloomer
    Nowa
    Hall
    Worsfold
    Nelthorpe
    Rowe

It's a good win, Cmac with 75th min penalty save.

Important to keep the momentum building.

The Fax Massive in the next round at home- will be juicy.

3 wins in a row, can't wait til Worcester now.

We are that good that we can start the game with 10 men and still win 1-0. Very Happy

I enjoyed the game tonight...both clubs played strong teams today so credit to them (wonder if the line ups changed a little after finding out the FA Trophy draw)......Easily the worst pitch in the league followed by the best CHIPS!!

Thought all the guys gave a good shift and second half when Bolder, Nelthorpe and Taylor came on we looked steady and dangerous...Mind you so did they!

Exactly! Although Brown did play as well.

    Taylor replaced Mitchell

    Bolder Worsfold

Nelthorpe replaced somebody as well I think.

Basically i got it all wrong.

Taylor came on and played very well.

Well we're on a roll now. Particularly pleased with a clean sheet after Saturday. Looks like Simon and the boys are responding to my criticisms, long may it continue Cool

Oh boy, three wins in a row...loving this. SO pleased that Simon played a strong team, well done to the lads. So Halifax in the next round (I wonder if the pillock from last season will start posting again?), tasty or what??? Aspin might play his reserves...hope so Smile Smile

I would rather Aspen play a strong team and we give them a good hiding!

Halifax are 12th in the Conference table after 17 games. 5 points off the playoffs

Its hard to suggest really, because Aspin will be wanting maximum results in the league, I get the impression he will field a weakened side. If I was Aspin, thats the way i'd be thinking. Considering also there is an FA Trophy campaign on the horizon?

But even if they fielded a full strength side, I still think we could give them one hell of a game, now that the squad has got a bit of a run going.
